By creating an account with NeuroKnights, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You may not use the service for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws.
• For children under 13, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

Our Content

All content provided through NeuroKnights, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and educational materials, is owned by NeuroKnights or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use NeuroKnights content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our content
• Transfer your account or content access to another person

Billing Cycle

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable law and at our discretion. Please contact our support team at support@neuroknights.com for refund requests.

When using NeuroKnights, you agree not to:

• Post or share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or personal information
• Use our services to spam or distribute malware
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems

We maintain a safe environment for children and actively moderate all user-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• NeuroKnights provides its services "as is" without any warranty of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claims relating to these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

For significant changes, we will provide a more prominent notice, which may include email notification to the email address specified in your account.

Your continued use of NeuroKnights after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through our dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.
